If you’re addicted to podcasts like me, then I know you’ll appreciate my favorite wellness and intuitive eating podcasts listed below. Podcasts have been incredibly influential in my life during the past year. I started by listening to the Chopped Podcast for food bloggers (insanely helpful) and slowly transitioned to feeding my soul with wellness and intuitive eating podcasts.
Podcasts are part of my daily routine now. I listen on my commute to and from work as well as long road trips. I actually road-tripped back home a few weekends ago and listened to 6 straight hours of wellness and intuitive eating podcasts. Guys, I can’t get enough!
My soul feels much lighter every time I tune in. These women hosts and their guests are full of inspiration, love, and curiosity. Totally the type of people I’d hang out with!

Christy Harrison is an RD and Intuitive Eating Counselor. Her podcast focuses on food issues, dieting, eating disorders, and body image. It’s the best of the best! Her interviews are a bit longer, which I actually like. I just sometimes cannot get enough!
