I’ve dealt with my fair share of bloating over the years, and it was largely trial and error. I’d wake up feeling good, healthy, and strong, but by the the time lunch was over, I was super bloated, gassy, and just really uncomfortable.
There are so many culprits when it comes to bloating. Some really obvious ones (like not drinking enough water) and some more subtle ones (like stress!).
Digestive symptoms are downright uncomfortable and can interfere with your everyday life. IBS and diarrhea are some of the most common reasons people call in sick to work. They keep you from eating out at restaurants, going out to social events with friends, and force you to miss your kid’s hockey games sometimes. It’s no way to live.
