You’re here – officially here. I couldn’t be any more excited!
I had SUCH a fabulous summer, but in all honesty, I’ve been dreaming of sweater weather for the last month. And I’ve been experimenting with pumpkin for the last two!
I’m absolutely stoked to bring you these Gluten Free Chai Pumpkin Donuts! They are “autumn” in every sense of the word.
Pumpkin + maple + hazelnuts + chai? How can you not be drooling already?!
These donuts are…
- packed with pumpkin puree
- incredibly soft, fluffy, and cake-like
- sweet and earthy from a homemade blend of chai spices
- dipped in a sweet, creamy maple cashew glaze
- given just a little bit of crunch with toasted hazelnuts
- perfect for sharing… or not.
Guys, I went ALL OUT on these donuts! I think the only thing that would make them more “fall-ish” is if we wrapped them up in scarves and put riding boots on them.
In all seriousness, do you see that little bite taken out of that donut? I wish that was your bite. I wish I could hand these to you on a platter and let you dig in because they are THAT good!
When it comes to pumpkin, you can go one of two ways: you’re either absolutely smitten with it, or you’re totally over it because #PSL just ruined everything.

Chai is also something that’s grown on me in the last year or two. Before I got serious about baking, I only knew chai as it related to tea. Now I know that it basically makes everything better.
